AdultDirections® examines your interests, values and abilities. Your personal MBA Careers Consultant will help you to take a holistic view of the job market, and identify which business environment and organisational structures suit you the most. This information can then be integrated and used to assist you in identifying which careers fit your profile
How does it work?
Send your contact details in an email and your MBA Careers Consultant will call to discuss your career and arrange a consultation at a time to suit you. You consultant will collect information about your skills, career interests, and preferences for different working environments. This initial consultation lasts approximately forty-minutes
The information you provide is entered into the AdultDirections® - which, after screening your profile against hundreds of different careers, will generate a list of the most perfect matches
What happens next?
In consultation with your Consultant, you can select the five closest career matches. You will receive by email a comprehensive report on each individual career's work activities, skill requirements, training, entry routes and pay opportunities – plus information on the job market and websites to visit to gain more information
