A human resources professional, Helga began her career in recruitment and human resources consulting more than twenty five years ago.

With a broad-based background and proven experience in human resource services, Helga has assisted clients from Top Ten Consulting firms, FTSE 100 organisations and market-leading companies across all business sectors - building a client list that other career consultancies can only dream about.

A prolific writer on career issues, Helga is regularly invited to contribute editorial to careers magazines and print media, including The Guardian 'CV Clinic' and Daily Mail

As part of her MBA, Helga produced a 15,000 word dissertation entitled, "An assessment of the extent to which Outplacement Consultants meet the needs of those people managing or experiencing redundancy." Totally committed to assisting individuals realise their goals, Helga has managed career outplacement centres, and provided job-search coaching, careers counselling and CV Resume services to many hundreds of people effected by redundancy.

The key to Helga´s success – 86% of business is from existing clients and recommendations - is in her ability to write CVs and Resumes with rich, informative, well pitched, relevant and targeted content - with plenty of creativity in the page design.
