Objective: A New Career Path
Andrew was a strategic, board-level Finance Director with a blue chip pharmaceutical company. He presented with an 8 page CV which he had added to rather haphazardly during his 25 year career.
The CV did not do justice to the full extent of Andrew's capabilities. The first page focused on his name, contact details, and personal information. Only when we reached the second half of the second page were we able to read relevant information that would get noticed.

Deborah worked at a Community College in the UK. Initially, we helped her to apply successfully for a Teacher of English / Humanities Teacher post at a community school in Dubai. Deborah's career developed to include a School Advisory Board Governor position.
Two years later Deborah returned and asked us to change her English CV into one suitable for a role as a Teacher of English at a prestigious Saudi Arabian Academy. We ensured that the key requirements for the role were all made clear at first glance - in the Profile 'personal branding' statement. We divided Deborah's CV into sub-headings with examples of initiatives and achievements in the required areas. We also conveyed Deborah's 'whole school' approach and her enthusiasm for enabling and empowering students of all abilities and nationalities to achieve their full academic and personal potential, value their traditions, and become responsible citizens.

Objective: Transform lengthy, out-of-date CV
Dave left his Operations Management role in the UK to live in Spain. However, after some years he decided to work in Saudi Arabia.
